Stephen Dunne is my name and acupuncture is my passion. Back in the year 2000, I found myself suffering from an unbelievably bad back problem which led to sciatic nerve pain and discomfort which lead to no power and loss of function in my left leg over the course of a debilitating 9 months. This was caused by playing a game of football one day and moving slightly to catch a football.
In the 9 months of investigation and searching for a solution that followed, I went to every scan, specialist, doctor, and therapist I could find, including a horse doctor !!! and did not they find a solution to my pain and problem. In fact, no one could even diagnosis the problem never mind a solution!!
It was then I found Acupuncture and after months and months of crippling pain, I went to an acupuncturist and got complete resolution to my pain and problem after 6 weeks, to the point in the weeks that followed, I was able to go on Holiday and survive an 8-hour plane journey without any pain, problem or discomfort.
Welcome at Universal Acupuncture
20 years ago, Acupuncture provided a complete solution for me to a very bad back problem where no other therapy or treatment did. I created and developed Universal Acupuncture over the past 20 years in order to help and refine that same solution or similar for others in the same situation.
